Poor layout, small cramped spaces, and outdated finishes can make daily life difficult. Sometimes we buy a starter home when life is starting out, and need more home as time goes on and we expand our family. But what if we love the community where we live? This conundrum creates the need for a whole-home renovation, and perhaps an addition. Light Box Homes can help you achieve that goal.

A whole house renovation, even one with an addition, is a six-figure investment, but on the bright side, once it’s done…It’s done! You have a beautiful new home. And it will more than likely boost the value of your home far beyond what you’ve invested, meaning you can usually refinance the house once the renovation is complete, folding the investment into a new home loan.
Light Box Homes is a specialist in comprehensive home renovation projects, having completed dozens and dozens of such projects on older homes across the metro area. In fact, when we flip houses, we look for the most distressed, ugly, broken homes possible because we know we have the skills and team necessary to breathe new life into those homes. We love nothing more than modernizing old homes so they can serve new families for decades to come!

Approximately one week after your consultation, we’ll prepare your project estimate and schedule a second meeting to review it together. During this meeting, we’ll walk you through floor plans (If applicable), the scope of work and pricing, answer any questions you may have, and discuss any adjustments or modifications you’d like to consider making it a good time to decide whether you’d like to move forward with the project
